In Grand Southern Tradition, this years LGRA/NOTRA Awards Banquet will be held at the Louise C Proctor Hall, a historic home in Camden.
Following the LGRA Event, we will have The LGRA/NOTRA Awards Banquet at 7pm, at Louise C. Proctor Hall. We have partnered with Proctor Hall for the location, along with Decadent Dish for the catering.
IMPORTANT: This will be Buffet Style, each serving themselves. Our dinner will take place just outside the home under tent, however, the Buffet will be set up inside Proctor Hall atop a very special antique table in the homes dining room. We will require everyone to slip on plastic serving gloves at the beginning of the buffet.
MENU: “Braised Short Rib” or “Shrimp and Grits”. Several vegetable sides will be available, along with Bread, and Dessert. Water, Sweet and Unsweet Iced Tea, or Lemonade will be available. Coffee will be provided with Dessert. We do plan to have a vegetarian option, however, the menu is TBD. Please be sure to share in your submission if you would like a vegetarian meal.
ALCOHOL: Please note, there will not be a cash bar available, however, you can bring your own alcohol.
RAFFLE: With each Banquet Ticket purchased, you will receive 2 Raffle Tickets. We will be raffling on some items during the evening. Additional tickets will be available for sale as well.
We’re excited to be offering lunches from The Loopy Lemon Café, a popular café in historic Camden. An eclectic café, serving a fresh fusion of global and southern cuisine.
The food here is super fun and fresh, and delicious. For both Saturday and Sunday, we will be offering 3 options…with 1 being a vegetarian option. Sunday’s options will be different from Saturday. Use the Premium Form or Online Form to submit your choices.

OPTION 1: Turkey, Brie and Peach | Sliced turkey, warm brie cheese with peach preserves on a flaky croissant, served with Chips and Pickle
OPTION 2: Pimento Cheese BLT | Crispy bacon, homemade pimento cheese, lettuce and tomato on toasted sourdough, served with Chips and Pickle
VEGETARIAN OPTION: Loopy Salad | Mixed Greens, slivered almonds, cranberries and crumbled feta cheese with dressing

OPTION 1: Chicken Salad Sandwich | Homemade chicken breast salad, lettuce, and tomato servced on a flaky croissant, served with Chips and Pickle
OPTION 2: The Italian | Grilled marinated chicken breast, fresh mozzarella, pesto mayo, lettuce and tomato on a toasted roll
VEGETARIAN OPTION: Pimento Cheese LT | Pimento Cheese Sandwich with Lettuce and Tomato served on toasted sourdough, served with Chips and Pickle
