The Premium is Ready!
We recommend you read through the premium first. Then we’ve shared further down Options for submitting forms.
IMPORTANT DATES AND INFO:
◦ Early entry deadline is Friday, October 15
◦ Final entry deadline is Sunday, October 24 | 9PM ET. All entry submissions must be received by this time.
◦ Last day to order Logo Apparel is Friday, October 15 | 11:59PM CDT
◦ NO “day of meet” entries will be accepted
◦ NO late or incomplete entries will be accepted
◦ For hounds not yet registered with LGRA and/or NOTRA, we recommend cert’ing/registering prior to Nationals.
◦ NO refunds after Monday, November 1
◦ Substitutions to submitted entries will be accepted, however, depending on timing, changes may not be in updated in Catalog.
There will be 2 Options to Submit Entries and Payment. If at any time, you need help determining what is the best option for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out to SOLNationals@gmail.com.
OPTION 1: We will have 2 Online Forms, one for submitting entries including Spirit Race, and another for Payment, including Selecting Meals, Catalog Ads, Donations, Volunteering, and Payment. At the completion of the first form to submit details for each of your hounds, you will be linked to the second payment form. You will have the option to pay online via PayPal Account or Credit Card.
If you need to submit information for the Spirit Race, you’ll still use the link below, just put in your personal info, indicate that you are not bringing hounds to run, and then proceed to the next screen.

If you are attending the Nationals, but are not entering any hounds, but wish to volunteer, order food, attend banquet, donate, or buy raffle tickets, use this link below.

OPTION 2: Utilize the forms within the Premium to complete entries, spirit race info, meals, banquet tickets, etc. and send by mail (USPS/FedEx/UPS), or electronically via email. Details for this option can be found on Page 18 in the Premium.
NOTE: Payment can be sent via check along with the forms, or if sending electronically via email, you can utilize PayPal and send payment to ‘SOLNationals@gmail.com’.
